Maxelle™ is a silicone super absorbent dressing designed to give high absorption performance for very-highly exuding wounds and periwound protection from dressing change related trauma powered by Silicone Soft Technology.

Maxelle’s high absorption performance came from the polyacrylate particle that is built in the structure of Maxelle™, allowing it to absorb up to 180 ml of exudate in the wound without compromising its conformability in the wound bed while maintaining the exudate absorbed in the dressing, achieving a high fluid retention. The Silicone Soft Technology also gives your patients the protection and comfort from pain for Maxelle™ will not adhere to the wound bed.

 

These combinations of absorption and high fluid retention makes Maxelle™ a perfect dressing of any highly exuding wounds and all packed in just one dressing.
